Oscar Wilde’s quote says a great deal. One of my favorites ever since the PBS series Upstairs/Downstairs (probably before your time) when his character was featured with Lilly Langtry (Francesca Annis)
I seriously wish the 2300 acres had stayed as State Land Trust (price $21 Million) until I see some movement to “improve” (ie value) the Preserve rather than spend $3-5 Million per trailhead to “develop” it. Not to mention the $75 Million for the DDC to “improve” it. All with never having done a single habitat impact study.
