Quote of the Day, Irony and Caricature

 

 

Today is a two-fer because of a conversation I had with a particularly irritating person yesterday who in essence told me that I was stupid for expressing a humorous (at least to me) opinion on free speech. I’m guessing he’s not a Scottsdale Leadership civil dialog distinguished graduate. Or maybe he is.

Humor brings insight and tolerance. Irony brings a deeper and less friendly understanding.

    My wife and servers at Scottsdale Restaurants always laugh at my jokes and one liners.
